This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Stack Architect (the "App"), developed by CHOBAR , handles information in connection with its operation.

1. Data Collected Locally by the App
Stack Architect is a puzzle/physics game that runs via a local WebView. The App stores certain information directly on your device, without transmitting it to our servers:
- Game progress (completed levels, unlocked levels)
- Stars earned and number of attempts per level
- User preferences (sound, music, vibration)
This data stays on your device and is used only to run the game and save your progress. It is deleted if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
2. Data That May Be Collected by Google AdMob
The App displays interstitial ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). As part of serving these ads, Google may collect certain information, including:
- Advertising identifiers for the device
- Technical device information (model, operating system, etc.)
- Ad-related usage data (impressions, interactions)
- Approximate IP address and network connection data
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy .
3. Why This Data Is Used
- Data stored locally allows the App to save your progress and preferences so you can pick up where you left off.
- Data collected by Google AdMob is used to serve ads, measure their performance, and, where applicable, personalize ads according to the consent rules that apply in your region.
4. Local Storage of Progress
All progress data (levels, stars, attempts, preferences) is stored locally on your device, via the local storage associated with the App's WebView. None of this data is sent by the developer to any external server or third party.
5. Ads Provided by Google AdMob
Ads shown in the App are provided by Google AdMob. They appear at certain points in the game (for example, after completing a certain number of levels), with a limited frequency. The App's developer does not directly control the content of ads served by Google.
6. Managing Ad Consent
The App uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent regarding personalized ads, where required by applicable regulations — notably for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other regions with similar requirements.
Depending on your region, a consent message may appear when you first launch the App, allowing you to accept or decline ad personalization.
7. Intended Audience
Stack Architect is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed or marketed toward children. The App does not require account creation and does not directly collect personal data such as name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or messages.
8. Permissions Requested by the App
The App requests the following permissions:
- INTERNET: required to load ads.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: required to check network connectivity before loading an ad.
No other sensitive permissions (camera, contacts, location, personal file storage, etc.) are requested by the App.
